Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how refunds and returns work at Unseen Gears.

Digital products

Ebooks and digital downloads are non refundable once the file has been delivered, because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

Physical products

Unused physical items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email support@unseengears.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Services

Done for you services are custom professional work, sold on a best efforts basis. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or performance, and fees are not refundable based on the results a service does or does not produce. Once work has started, fees and deposits are non refundable. If you have a concern about the work itself, email support@unseengears.com and we will make it right where we reasonably can.
