RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Unseen Gears. We stand behind the quality of everything we create and deliver, whether it is a digital product, a physical item, or a done-for-you service. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL except as expressly described below. Because we deal primarily in digital products and custom professional services, most purchases cannot be returned once delivered or once work has begun.
1. Digital Products
Ebooks and digital downloads are delivered electronically and are final sale and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed, because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at support@unseengears.com within 48 hours and we will work to resolve it, including re-delivering the file where needed.
2. Services (Done-For-You Work)
Our email and SMS services, store builds, and other done-for-you work are custom professional services sold on a best-efforts basis. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
• We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, sales, open rates, click rates, or return on investment. Fees are for the work performed, not for a specific outcome, and are not refundable based on the results a service does or does not produce.
• Once work has started, fees and deposits are non-refundable, because the time, strategy, and labor cannot be returned.
• Monthly management is billed each month and may be canceled with notice as stated in your agreement. We do not offer prorated refunds for a partial billing period unless otherwise stated.
• If you have a concern about the work itself, email support@unseengears.com and we will make it right where we reasonably can within the agreed scope.
3. Physical Products
Unused physical items in their original condition, with any tags and original packaging, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
• You must contact us at support@unseengears.com with your order number before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Preorder & Made-To-Order Items
Some physical items, including the leather backpack and the wristlet laptop case, are limited preorders produced specifically for you. Because production begins after your order, these are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 5).
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If a physical item arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or does not match what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us at support@unseengears.com within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method at our discretion. Refunds, if issued, are processed within 5–10 business days. Claims submitted after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be honored.
6. Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except where they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Digital downloads once delivered or accessed
• Services once work has begun, and deposits for booked work
• Preorder and made-to-order items
• Physical items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Physical items without original tags or packaging
• Requests submitted after the applicable window
